Prices & Terms
Prices include accommodation for two people, with full English breakfast.

Rooms 1 & 2 (double or twin): £90 per night with en suite shower
Room 2 with an extra single bed: £125 per night
Room 3 (double room only): £110 per night with large en suite bathroom

Single Occupancy
Rooms 1 & 2: £75 per night
Room 3: £95 per night

There is a discount of 5% for a stay of two nights, 10% three nights or more and 15% for 7 nights or more.

Guarantee your booking
To guarantee your booking, we ask for your credit card details. Should you need to cancel, please let us know within one full week to avoid incurring cancellation charges.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking less than one week before you are due to arrive, there is a cancellation fee of 50% unless we are able to re-book the room. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or failure to arrive will incur a charge of 75% of the occupancy rate.

Arrivals
We ask guests to arrive from 3 pm onwards. If you are expecting to arrive after 6.30 pm please let us know in advance.

Check out time
Please vacate your room by 11 am. Early departures can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.30 - 9.30am.

Early departures
Please arrange these with us in advance. Packed breakfast rates available on request.

We accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards, cash or UK cheque.
